ATV’s, decks, and sheds are allowed. Depending on size, a permit may be required.

WEST SITES

H1 - H10, W1 - W13, X1 - X5, Y1 - Y7, Z1 - Z3

Recently developed in 2020, these sites are reserved for retired couples or families with Children 14+. Sites are large (40’+ wide) with rose stone pads. Water, sewer, and 20/30/50 amp metered electric. Younger children are allowed to day visit. Laundry room and additional shower restroom located nearby.

EAST SITES

B1 - B12, C1 - C12, D1 - D12, E1 - E10

Our East side is where all the child friendly activities are. We reserve these sites for the young families with children. Our goal on the East side is to keep the kids in the same area to create interaction/socialization with other children. It gives those young parents a much needed break knowing that their children are safely roaming the amenities with other children, or in the site nearby.

Sites are 35’+ wide, water, sewer, metered electric. Laundry, showers, and dog park are nearby.
